This is a listing of software packages developed by members of the lab and made available for use by all.

ICL C and C++ Libraries These libraries contain some very common functions written in C and C++ to save you some time (hopefully). Instructions on how to use the libraries and how to include the appropriate directories are included in the /icl-tools/libdocs/ directory. They should be accessible from these links

ICL PERL scripts and subroutines PERL scripts and subroutines which can be accessed directly from all machines. Scripts are contained in /icl-tools/bin/ which should be in your default path. Subroutines are in /icl-tools/perlinc. You can try the command phelp -l to list all the subroutines to which you have access. Also, phelp can show you the usage for most of those subroutines (phelp -h will explain its usage). Jon Rogers
